Name means 'floating clouds' and is a reference to the variegation effect. This is an outstanding variegated cultivar. Basic leaf is light green with  faint pink shading on edges. Most leaves are marked with white or pink spots to varying degrees. Some leaves may be completely white or light pink.

Slow growing, twiggy and somewhat multibranched. Makes  a tall shrub up to 10 feet tall on maturity.
