Jiro shidare is a green leaved palmatum with a cascading form - but is not in the dissectum group. As plant ages the erect shoots begin to droop and weep towards the ground producing a round-headed bushy shape up to 10 feet tall and wide.
Fall color is striking with brilliant crimson shades as temperatures drop. A great addition to a Japanese rock garden. Plants are ~ 18-24" tall.
