Produces fire red or bright scarlet leaves in early spring. Leaves fad to a pinkish-red on green color. During summer color is greenish red with veins remaining red. In fall, leaf edges turn deep pink and slowly spread over the whole leaf making a wonderful bright blaze of color.
Name means "red -haired dancing girl". Makes about 10 feet tall on maturity. Does well in containers and contrasts well with other foliage plants in the landscape. Plants are 48-58" tall.
